Captain Richard is a current member of the North East Charter Boat Captains Association and belongs to a Maritime Consortium. The Breakaway is a "Drug Free Vessel"

A message from the Captain: I started Breakaway Charters LLC because I love to share my enjoyment of the sea. I also wanted to provide a different type of service. Like many of you I love to fish, its always the unexpected. However not everyone fishes. I want you to bring me your ideas. I want you to have a memorable day on the water.
